Hospice Care

Nothing compares to the pain of losing a loved one. It can be difficult to find the right care, comfort, and support during these times. Our hospice program is designed to balance comfort with quality of life for terminally ill patients, while supporting both residents and their families spiritually, emotionally, and physically. With compassion, knowledge, and empathy, our hospice professionals are there with your loved ones when you can’t be. We help manage pain and make sure patients are comfortable at all times.

Respite Care

Caring for a loved one can be physical and emotionally overwhelming. These responsibilities can render the most dedicated caregiving exhausted, drained of energy, and often guilt-ridden. Our respite care program is designed to give caregivers a break from a few days to a few weeks to rest, take care of other responsibilities, or to take a much-needed trip. During their stay, your loved one will receive 24-hour care and special attention from a highly trained team that reinforced a feeling of safety and security.

Our respite program is also a great chance for an individual who is thinking about long-term care and would like to experience what it is like at Churchman Village. Our comprehensive program includes individualized activities, personalized therapies, and integration into the social setting through group events. Rest assured, your loved ones will be well cared for and their medical and dietary needs will be overseen by our skilled nursing staff.

Palliative Care

For people of any age and at any stage with a serious illness, whether that illness is curable, chronic, or life-threatening, our palliative care program seeks to relieve suffering and improve quality of life. Designed to work alongside conventional, curative treatments, our one-of-a-kind program emphasizes comfort, managing symptoms, and living life to its fullest at every stage of serious illness. Our interdisciplinary approach brings together doctors, nurses, physical therapists, social workers, pharmacists, and chaplains under one roof to provide exceptional palliative care.
