Churchman Village has received a Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This award is reflective of the ongoing, personalized care by Churchman Village clinical staff. The CMS Five-Star Quality Rating allows residents and their families an easy way to assess nursing home quality and to provide the necessary information to find the right center for their needs.
"Five-star status is an important reflection of the care we provide each resident. Through ongoing staff education, internal audits and customer satisfaction surveys, we are able to achieve a high level of service excellence," said Dean Reid, executive director of Churchman Village.
Churchman Village strives to provide superior clinical outcomes and quality care with an approach that is patient-centered, disciplined and transparent. The CMS Five-Star Quality Ratings are derived from health inspections, staffing and quality measures to provide an overall rating for the facility.
"We are proud of the clinical excellence and compassion that our team provides to the residents of Churchman Village. We continue to provide a true home-like environment for our long-term residents and their families. At the same time we are able to tailor our nursing and rehabilitation services to meet the specific needs of our short-term stay patients, ensuring a safe transition home. Churchman Village's outstanding care and service level are evidenced by the CMS Five-Star Quality Rating. This distinction benefits the residents of the Atrium, our independent living community, as well as our skilled nursing patients," continued Reid.
Churchman Villages offers long-term and short-term skilled nursing care, outpatient and inpatient therapy services, and an independent senior living community. The public is encouraged to visit the center for a tour.
